Resin Bound Surfacing is a resin bound aggregate surface for pedestrian and vehicle trafficked surfaces such as paths, walkways, pavements, patio areas, driveways, car park bays, small car parks. It is especially ideal for wheel chair access routes as the stone will not allow the wheel chair to sink and will allow for ease of manoeuvrability. Also the stones would not stick to the wheels as they are bonded together and to the surface.
Resin Bound Surfacing is functional, highly decorative, can be laid without joints and is slightly flexible. It offers an attractive alternative to concrete, tarmac, block paving and resin bonded aggregate finishes such as Fast Grip. The open matrix structure allows water to drain through into the substrate, feed any surrounding trees and plants and avoid any change of or damage to the natural water table. This open matrix construction is in line with the requirements of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SUDS), designed to reduce the potential of flooding on new and existing urban developments.

As a guide 0<50 square metres £60 per metre, 50 - 100 square metres £55 per metre, 100 square metres - 200 £50 per metre and over 200 square metres £45 per metre. * Any concrete repairs, drainage, edging or other works are extra. PLUS VAT.
